Meet the Owner

Shannon Moreau has been licensed to practice law with the Washington State Bar Association since 2003.  She practiced in Spokane for a year before relocating back to the Wenatchee Valley in 2004.  Her practice emphasizes family law matters. She has worked in both government and private practice, including the Law Office of Michael A. Arch, Foreman, Arch, Dodge, Volyn & Zimmerman, PLLC, and the Pacific Northwest Law Group.

Shannon attended Boise State University in Boise, Idaho for undergraduate work and transferred to Gonzaga University in 1997, where she finished her coursework and received a Baccalaureate of Arts, cum laude, in Criminal Justice in 1999.  She obtained her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2003.

Shannon served a term as Secretary of the Chelan Douglas Young Lawyer’s Division and assisted in creating a local GAAP chapter, which was the “Greater Access and Assistance Project ” that connected individuals with moderate means to local attorneys willing to take cases at reduced rates. This program has since developed into the “Moderate Means Program” and is governed by the Washington State Bar Association. Shannon also served on the Board of Directors for the Chelan-Douglas Volunteer Services for three years and served as Chair of the Fund Development Committee during that time period.
Shannon is a native-born Washingtonian with roots in Chelan, Douglas and Okanogan Counties. Her family moved to Boise, Idaho when she was young and she lived there until 1997. Throughout the years, she and her younger brother spent every summer and every extra moment possible in Winthrop, Chelan, and Waterville with her grandparents, cousins, and extended family.
Shannon and her husband, Chris, currently reside in the Methow Valley. She is mother to two sons and has three grandsons. She enjoys photography, glass mosaics, music, and being outdoors, especially camping with family.
